Progress in testing of core textile products

Zhu Xiaohong introduced at the symposium: The core quilt product testing activity is a public welfare project initiated by the industry association to better understand the actual situation of Chinese consumers in bed product consumption and use, through scientific rigorous According to the test data, the survey revealed whether consumers have misunderstandings in core products, and guided consumption through science to promote the healthy development of the home textile industry. In the first phase of the experiment, pillows and quilts were used as test samples in the college students' dormitory. Through continuous improvement of test methods, the test laws were summarized to lay a solid foundation for the next step in carrying out extensive experimental research and consumer guidance.

At the meeting, Wang Xiangrong and the discussion experts shared the first phase of the test methods and data. The data shows that, in the case of appropriate temperature and humidity, the test pillow samples are commonly found in locusts. Due to the different sanitary conditions of the test subjects, there were differences in the number of aphids. In some samples, the number of aphids even exceeded 10,000. Very few tests also detected pathogenic bacteria.

Through Wang Xiangrong's introduction, the participating experts put forward specific improvement measures for the current test methods, and conducted in-depth discussions on how to reasonably and accurately calculate the number of aphids and how to evaluate the number of aphids. Participating experts believe that the implementation of testing methods and evaluation of the number of beetle beetles should be determined from the perspective of national standards.

In addition, the participating experts also entered the student dormitories along with the test team members to conduct field sample collection and analysis.
