The soft wave was evident in many collections, with designers incorporating elastic tannins that were less rigid. For instance, G-Star’s new line featured tailored A-line skirts, jumpsuits, and deep V-neck dresses that created a feminine yet strong image of female characters. In contrast, Stella McCartney's runway showcased more classic silhouettes—half pencil skirts, A-line skirts, and suspenders dresses that evoked the look of women returning from work in the 1940s and 1950s.
